Tours in Nuuk - Qooqqut – Fish’n’dish
Qooqqut – Fish’n’dish
Join us on an adventure into the beautiful Nuuk Fjord.
Where you’ll catch the freshest fish, which will then be prepared for you to enjoy at the amazing Restaurant Qooqqut Nuan – doesn’t that sound like the perfect way to spend 5-6 hours?
It takes about an hour to sail to our fishing spot, where we will fish for about an hour.
Even if you usually don’t have the patience for fishing, you’ll be captivated by the thrill when the jigging line drops to the bottom – and suddenly… you have a bite! (very often, but not always!) Is it a battle-ready cod or a glistening redfish tugging on the hook? One thing is for sure: the chances of landing a delicious catch are high.
Once we’ve hauled in enough fish, we head towards Qooqqut Nuan, a restaurant nestled in the peaceful fjord, offering a truly magical view of the mountains and the fjord. The restaurant’s chefs are ready to transform your catch into a delicious dinner with an Asian twist. We spend a couple of hours at Qooqqut, and after the meal, you can take a walk around in the lovely area to see if you can pull the sword from the stone. Then we head back to Nuuk.
